Eight months ago I commented on the excellent customer service I'd received when my clutch needed replaced. I said then, that I'd be a returning customer. Last Thursday I returned to have a diagnostic scan done because my Check Engine light had come on. After that was completed, it was discovered that I needed to replace my thermostat. It's a 2009 Ford Focus with 108k one owner miles on it. Elisabeth let me know what needed to be done and I left the car overnight. While the diagnostics revealed several other issues that would need to be addressed, I followed their suggestions regarding the order of priorities. When I picked up my car up Friday afternoon, Elisabeth had printed out the estimates for the remaining two repairs so that I'd know what to expect. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received again. Don't let the word "transmissions" stop you from checking them out as they really are a "Total Car Care" company.
